Ackermans Stores Cellphone Return Policy

The store will perform an assessment of the item, and if the item is found faulty within the first 7 days of receipt, the store will be able to process a refund for value of the purchased item, or exchange the item for another item to the same value of the purchase price.

Please note that delivery fees are not refundable. If the fault has occurred outside of the first 7 days of receipt, the store will book the item in for repair.
